Request a room away from the restaurant for quieter mornings, as breakfast noise can be disruptive.

Spacious room with comfortable beds made for an enjoyable stay. Air conditioning units worked quietly, providing relief on hotter days.
No lounge or terrace offered any kind of view, and the hotel sits on a busy street. Some furniture showed signs of wear, such as stains on the couch cushions, and cleanliness could improve with deeper cleaning. Access to common areas like the gym and laundry created foot traffic noise, particularly for ground floor rooms next to these facilities.

The large room with great facilities offered an unexpectedly comfortable stay and even surpassed some pricier accommodations I've stayed at in Vancouver.
The location, while generally quiet inside, felt a bit gritty and was situated on a busy road.

Breakfast enjoyment in Courtenay
I had a delightful stay with clean, spacious accommodations and a fantastic breakfast selection. The staff was attentive, consistently ensuring food was replenished in the dining area.
However, I did find the noise levels during breakfast a bit disruptive. The close proximity to common areas meant it could be a lively start to the day.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially the indoor pool and waterslide. The staff was friendly and helpful—like when they gave us tips for sliding faster! Plus, the nearby Courtenay Riverside walk was a fantastic way to take in the scenery.
My kids wished for a more secure parking area.

Clean, spacious room with unbelievably comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast spread featured fresh dishes and offered a variety that exceeded expectations. However, the location felt a bit gritty, and some guests might find the parking situation not up to par. Encountering noise from nearby traffic could also be an issue for light sleepers.
