The staff were truly helpful and friendly, ensuring the place was always clean, and the location was excellent for shopping and getting around easily.

The hotel is overall clean, with very amiable personal, and offers excellant and comfortable location just next door to beautiful walking trails, courtenay for a family wedding, and all areas, rooms, breakfast area, pool, lots of clean towels.

A nice size and well-kept room with jacuzzi, top-class staff — everything was lovely. It had central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave if needed...

Conveniently located near a True Craft distillery, the room here is lovely with a fairly clean bathroom and cozy down pillows.

The hotel is perfectly clean and comfortable with a prime location close to hill, restaurants, and Courtenay. the units with 2 queen beds are very enjoyable for a vacation.

The room was incredible and cool with 2 queen beds, jacuzzi, for example as described. The staff was knowledgeable and top-class, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It was surely a very very good stay for a vacation.

Unsanitary bathroom.

There were a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator in the cool room.

The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. the location is stunning and absolutely perfect, close to everything. - There are plenty of clean towels, beautiful walking trails by the ocean, and nearby restaurants and businesses. - They serve good food with lots of options to choose from.

Loved the breakfast every morning!, But go early, as later, families with small undisciplined kids arrive, spoiling the relaxed atmosphere at breakfast.

I have nothing but accolades for the staff and the hotel. I do, however, take issue with families with small children that seem to be unsupervised in the breakfast room. Please be more considerate of the other guests as it is also our holiday.

Good location; friendly sevice.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh options. the pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids, providing entertainment and fun during our weekend getaway.

We arrived late in the evening just for a stop over. The room was beautiful. the bed was "fantastic" and the breakfast was to "die for". What more can I say.

The staff were excellent right from the start. Very kind and helpful. Check in time was 3:00pm and I was there at noon.. And they were kind enough to give me a room right away. I was new to the area and needed to find an address. The front desk girls were wonderful - explained how to get there and one even gave me her business card with her cell phone number on it in-case I got lost. I was impressed with the price of the room as it is beautiful and new, I had a microwave and fridge. Lovely bathroom and shower.... And a free breakfast! Everything I needed. Very clean!! Close to everything I needed. Restaurants close and many to choose from.

The room I stayed in was well-kept and complete with a microwave and fridge. the hotel was near all areas - rooms, breakfast area, pool, lots of clean towels, beautiful walking trails. Bayview Hotel's location, especially near Mount Washington, was magnificent and perfectly comfortable.
